We are so grateful for our incredible LEAD community and we could not put on a show of this magnitude without your support! Volunteering at our Beauty and the Beast showcase is a wonderful way to be part of the magic behind the scenes. We have a variety of roles available for both performances on Sunday, June 14, 2026 at Frederick High School Auditorium.
Whether you are helping with load-in, guiding guests to their seats, or supporting our youngest dancers backstage, every role is essential to making this a seamless and memorable experience for our dancers and their families. Please review the available roles below and sign up for the shift that works best for you. Each volunteer will receive more details about their specific role and responsibilities closer to the show date.
Important — In-Studio Rehearsal
Back Stage Chaperone Volunteers must attend the In-Studio Rehearsal on Saturday, June 6th from 9:00am – 12:00pm.
Important — Dress & Tech Rehearsal
Please note that all volunteers must attend the dress & tech rehearsal on Saturday, June 13 from 9:00am – 2:00pm.
